Our office is conveniently located in downtown Comox, on Vancouver Island, BC. We are proud of announce our new location within Canopy- A collaborative space for healing and growth. This collective offers Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine and more. Our address is 1761 Comox Avenue, Unit D (next to The Mill Coffee Shop). We are a completely wheelchair accessible clinic!

Cancelation and No Show Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for our appointments. If you miss or do not provide enough notice for your cancellation you will be charged accordingly for the treatment fee.

50% treatment fee
2nd offence 100% treatment fee

No Show

100% treatment fee

Your therapist has the discretion to cancel upcoming appointments if you cancel or no show too often and this disrupts their scheduling.

Covid-19 Protocol and Clinic Procedures

At Panacea Wellness your health and safety are our top priority. We pride ourselves on our clean clinic space and we continue to follow Covid-19 procedures in our clinic to ensure your health and that of our team.

  • MASKS

    • Our clinic has moved to a optional mask policy as of March 1, 2023. Your comfort in our space is our top priority. Your therapist will always put on a mask if that would make you more comfortable. We will always have disposable masks available for patients and practitioners.

  • Enhanced Cleaning

    • We are still diligently cleaning all treatment and common spaces in the clinic between patients to eliminate any potential risk of contamination. We use a Canada Health approved cleaner and sanitizer.

  • Hand cleaning

    • Our therapists wash their hands diligently before and after each treatment. We ask that you utilize our hand sanitizer located throughout the clinic space and or wash your hands on arrival to the clinic.

  • All fabric table linens, towels etc. are washed after every treatment.
